Questa casa degli anni 70, progettata da un architetto della zona, ha la particolarità di avere il soggiorno e la zona cucina e pranzo su due livelli comunicanti tra di loro. Questo ci ha permesso di usare i colori per creare continuità tra gli ambienti. In fase di ristrutturazione abbiamo demolito parte del muro che divideva la zona pranzo dalla cucina creando un foro sul muro portante. In questo foro siamo andati ad inserire il bancone dove all’interno della cucina abbiamo posizionato i due forni mentre verso la zona pranzo siamo andati ad inserire delle basi contenitive per piatti, bicchieri ecc…
Non avendo la necessità di inserire il tavolo all’interno della cucina abbiamo progettato lo spazio per dare maggiore contenimento possibile con una parete a colonne all’interno delle quali abbiamo inserito il frigo da libera installazione del cliente. Questo ci ha concesso di poter dare maggiore piano di lavoro sugli altri lati. D’impatto è sicuramente la scelta della cappa in abbinamento al piano in granito nero assoluto.

Il colore è un elemento fondamentale di questo progetto ed è stato studiato partendo dal pavimento originale della casa. Per la zona giorno si è scelto di creare una parete libreria nella zona retro divano per andare incontro ad una delle più grandi passioni del cliente, la lettura. I colori utilizzati sono stati dunque dei colori forti come l’arancione, il blu avio, il grigio carta da zucchero e lo zafferano, colori che comunque si armonizzano molto bene con il colore del pavimento. Per ovviare al problema del riscaldamento, visti i volumi imponenti dell’ambiente, abbiamo inserito un caminetto a pellet riquadrato da una struttura in cartongesso sulla quale sono stati ricavati dei quadrati colorati che riprendessero le dimensioni del camino.
